Thai A Gogo, a family-owned restaurant in Traverse City, is celebrating its first anniversary on March 3rd. In just one year, it has become a cherished part of the local dining scene.

Located in Kids Creek Plaza on South Division Street, Thai A Gogo opened in March 2025 with a commitment to authentic Thai flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. Over the past year, it has fostered a strong sense of community among its patrons.

Owners Garry and Kay Thao bring over 20 years of restaurant experience to this venture. After passing previous establishments to their children, Thai A Gogo represents a new chapter focused on legacy and generational growth.

Traverse City's dining culture has evolved, with a growing demand for diverse culinary experiences. Thai A Gogo meets this demand with customizable noodle dishes, rich coconut curries, gluten-free options, and beautifully plated entrees served on real tableware, even in a fast-casual setting.

Signature favorites like Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Mongolian Beef, and Red Gang Curry continue to anchor the menu. To mark the anniversary, Thai A Gogo is introducing a new permanent menu that reflects its long-term culinary vision.

To celebrate one year, Thai A Gogo is offering 10% off all menu items all day on March 3rd.

One year down, a generational legacy in motion.
